Tumescent Liposuction
Tumescent liposuction is a more traditional form of liposuction and more appropriate for larger scale fat removal, such as in the thighs and abdomen areas. With tumescent liposuction, a large amount of saline fluid is injected in the area to be treated, easing the process of suctioning away fat. In the fluid are medications that reduce discomfort and potential bleeding. Tumescent liposuction is safest in the hands of skilled plastic surgeon with significant experience and expertise.
Mommy Makeover
So named because it targets two areas that women often need help with after child-bearing (it can also help women who are not moms), the “Mommy Makeover” couples two surgeries in one procedure: typically a tummy tuck with a breast augmentation, though other areas can be paired instead. The advantages are that the patient undergoes surgery at one “sitting” rather than multiple times and therefore undergoes only one recovery rather than two sequentially. Buttocks Augmentation

In this procedure, which is usually done under general anesthesia, your surgeon will make a small incision through which a pocket can be created in or below the gluteal muscle. Into this pocket, the surgeon then inserts either an artificial implant or a fat injection. Because it involves a larger part of the body than some other body sculpting procedures, a buttocks augmentation requires a few days of rest as well as bandages and sutures to promote healing.
Brazilian Butt Lift
Some patients diet and exercise off the excess fat – only to be disappointed by a rear end that droops or sags, ruining the shapely silhouette they were seeking. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure that takes fat from a part of your body where it can be spared and injects it into the buttocks to give the rear a stronger, more well-rounded look. The procedure generally begins with liposuction in the surrounding area to create contrast, then extraction of fat from other areas of the body. The fat is then inserted into the buttocks area through thin tubes called cannulas.
