Dr. Andrew Kwak graduated from the Episcopal Academy, and from Duke University, and received his entire medical training within the greater Philadelphia area. He spent 10 years training at Thomas Jefferson University and at the University of Pennsylvania before being asked to join the faculty at Penn. Dr. Kwak was one of the first in the region to use micro-lasers to perform minimally invasive body contouring and performed thousands of minimally invasive surgical procedures at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before leaving Penn to create the LUMEN Laser Center.
